Naimeh Woodwardspoke on behalf ofEncinitas Friends of the Artsto acknowledge and thank
Commissioners Abrahamand Leesfor theirtime, work, and service on the Commissionfor the Arts.
Scott Campbell, an Encinitas resident, spoke to thankCommissionersAbrahamand Leesfor their time
