The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the FY 2022-23 Citywide Street Overlay and Slurry Seal Project (CS23A).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The location of said public improvements is Citywide.
On June 28, 2023, a contract for the FY 2022-23 Citywide Street Overlay and Slurry Project
Project was awarded to Eagle Paving, Inc., 13915 Danielson Street, Suite 201, Poway, CA 92064.
Work under said contract was completed on or about December 29, 2023, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
