The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Moonlight Beach Barrels and Storm Water Repairs Project (CD23B).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The location of said public improvements is Moonlight State Beach west of Interstate 5 on
Encinitas Boulevard.
On April 23, 2023, a contract for the Moonlight Beach Barrels and Storm Water Repairs Project
was awarded to Beador Construction Company, Inc., 2900 Bristol Street, Suites D204-205, Costa
Mesa, CA 92626.
Work under said contract was completed on or about December 20, 2023, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
