Art Administrator Murphy provided update to Commissioners regarding the Pacific View Art Center.

AdministratorMurphy shared positive information about the Tramonto MusicFestivaland the Arts
Division’s exploration of the feasibility of bringing the Tramonto Music Festival back next year.
Administrator Murphy also provided positive updates regardingthe ongoing Moonlight Beach
Concerts.Administrator Murphy spoke about the Wednesday Concerts at theEncinitas Library. Chair
Hebert asked about the attendance at the Tramonto Music Festival. Administrator Murphy provided a
clarifying response.

Commissioner Lees shared information about the Cultural Tourism Calendarin additionto speaking
about theongoing conversationabout the exploration of the “Downtown Cultural District.”Administrator
Murphy provided information, in response, about the California Cultural Districts designation process.
Commissioner Abraham shared positive feedback regarding her experience attending the Tramonto
Music Festival.
Vice-Chair Fox commented on adhoc committees.
