The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Olivenhain Trunk Sewer Improvements Phase 1A Project (CC04J).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The locations of said public improvements are on the.Olivenhain Trunk Sewer located along the
Escondido Creek and San Elijo Lagoon.
On August 24, 2022, a contract for the Olivenhain Trunk Sewer Improvements Phase 1A Project
was awarded to Sancon Technologies Inc., 5841 Engineer Drive, Huntington Beach, CA 92649.
Work under said contract was completed on or about August 11, 2023 to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
