The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the FY 2021-22 Pavement Rehabilitation Overlay and Slurry Seal Project (CS22A).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The locations of said public improvements are various street segments citywide.
On August 24, 2022, a contract for the FY 2021-22 Pavement Rehabilitation Overlay and Slurry
Seal Project was awarded to Eagle Paving Company, Inc., 13915 Danielson Street, Suite 201,
Poway, CA 92064.
Work under said contract was completed on or about June 11, 2023 to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was -accepted by the City.
