NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the La Costa Walkway Project (CS18E and CS11C).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on La Costa Avenue just west of
the North Vulcan Avenue intersection.
On April 4, 2022, a contract for the La Costa Walkway Project was awarded to T C Construction
Company, Inc., 10540 Prospect Avenue Santee; CA, 92071.
Work under said contract was completed on or about October 26, 2022, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
