NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Manchester Avenue Guardrail Project (CS 18E).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on Manchester Avenue just east
of the San Elijo Avenue intersection.
On January 23, 2023, a contract for the Manchester Avenue Guardrail Project was awarded to
Myers & Sons Hi -Way Safety, Inc., 13310 5th Street Chino, CA, 91710.
Work under said contract was completed on or about January 24, 2023, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
