NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Rancho Santa Fe Drive ADA Ramps Project (CS16C).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on Rancho Santa Fe Drive at the
El Camino Del Norte and Lone Jack Road intersections.
On June 28, 2022, a contract for the Rancho Santa Fe Drive ADA Ramps Project was awarded
to Miramar General Engineering, Inc., 1827 Cleveland Avenue National City, CA 91950.
Work under said contract was completed on or about July 1, 2022, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
