NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the North Coast Highway 101 Bike Lane Revisions Project (CSO4D).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on North Coast Highway 101
between A Street and El Portal Street.
On August 9, 2022, a contract for the North Coast Highway 101 Bike Lane Revisions Project was
awarded to Statewide Stripes, Inc., 7320 Mission Gorge Road San Diego, CA 92120.
Work under said contract was completed on or about July 29, 2022, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
