Commissioner Hebert led the discussion of the Work Plan. Ad hoc members were added to several
Work Plan items.

Arts Administrator Murphy provided an update to the Commissioners regarding the Pacific View Art
Center.

Administrator Murphy shared that thedeadline for the Arts and Economic ProsperitySurveyhas been
extended to May 31, 2023. She requestedtheCommissionersencourageany non-profit organizations
having events in Encinitas prior to May 31, 2023 to reach out to the Arts Division for more information.
