NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the San Elijo Bridge Abutment Backfill Repair Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on North Coast Highway 101 at
the San Elijo Lagoon Bridge.
On August 17, 2022, a contract for the San Elijo Bridge Abutment Backfill Repair Project was
awarded to Shaw Equipment Rentals, Inc., P.O. Box 2109, San Marcos, CA 92079-2109.
Work under said contract was completed on or about December 23, 2022, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
