The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Trail 95 Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on El Camino Del Norte between
Lucylle Dr. and the County line to the east.
On December 15, 2021, a contract for the Trail 95 improvements Project was awarded to Tri-
Group Construction & Development, 11315 Rancho Bernardo Rd, San Diego, CA 92127.
Work under said contract was completed on or about September 21, 2022, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
