The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Leucadia Streetscape Project Segment A North from Marcheta Street to Basil
Street.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on North Coast Highway 101
between Marcheta Street and Basil Street.
On October 21, 2020, a contract for street improvements was awarded to Granite Construction
Company, 5860 El Camino Real, Suite 200, Carlsbad, CA 92008
Work under said contract was completed on or about July 6, 2022, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
