PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Public hearing to consider an Minor Use Permit,
Administrative Design Review Permit, and Coastal Development Permit for the
construction of a new one-story single-family residence (4,006 SF), detached garage
(1,144 SF), and a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (850 SF). ZONING/OVERLAY: The
project site is located within the Rural Residential-2 zoning district (RR-2), Special Study,
Cultural/Natural Resources, ScenicNisual, and the Coastal Overlay Zones;
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: The project is exempt from environmental review
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section
15303(a) and 15303(e), which exempt the construction of a new single-family residence,
and its corresponding accessory structures.
