The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the MacKinnon Avenue ADA Sidewalk Improvements Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on MacKinnon Avenue between
Warwick Avenue and Encinitas Boulevard.
On June 9, 2021, a contract for the ADA improvements was awarded to Tri-Group Construction
& Development, 11315 Rancho Bernardo Rd, San Diego, CA 92127.
Work under said contract was completed on or about December 23, 2021, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
