Chair Abraham shared that she attended theCultural Tourism meeting andat that meeting,Naimeh
Woodwardreported thatEncinitas Dia de los Muertoswasa success,Encinitas Friends of the Arts is
planning to hold a Passport to Italy,andtheVintage Flea Market that was tobe held at Pacific View on
December 11, 2021was postponed. Commissioner Lees reported that the EFA MOU has been
approved by the EFA board.
9B. CulturalArts Division Report. Contact Person: ArtsAdministrator Murphy
ArtsAdministratorMurphyshared that she was promoted the Arts Program Administratorand
provided Department updates.Administrator Murphy shared that the noon concerts are lined up
through March, theFriday concerts are scheduled through June and iPalpiti has tentative dates
set in July. She also shared the 2022 Art Night dates with the Commission.Administrator
Murphy shared that the next Commission meeting is scheduled for Monday, January3, 2022.
She sharedthat the Chair couldcall for a special meeting and move the next meeting to
January10, 2022.

for selecting the artistsfor the 2022 exhibitsand congratulated Arts Administrator Murphy for the
