1.CALL TO ORDER
Chair Pacheco called the meeting to order at 4:31 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Gonzalez, Junus, Leschensky (4:32), Pacheco, Ruppert and Su.
There is one vacancy
Also Present: Recreation Services Manager Stayton, Recreation Supervisor Anderson,
and Management Analyst Gilliam.
Absent: C. Colombo, G. Colombo

Interim Information Technology Manager, Jessica Contreras, and Information
Technology Analyst Jason York
Interim Manager Contreras and Analyst York shared a presentation regarding
cybersecurity and cyber threats that impact the community. They shared how the
Commissioners and the public can be aware of these threats and how to protect
themselves and their smart devices.

11A. Department Updates –Recreation Services Manager Stayton

Manager Stayton shared the Holiday Parade will take place on Saturday, December 4
and the wearing of masks is encouraged. She shared that Art Night will be held on

December 11; the Senior Dance will be held on December 31from 2:00p.m. –
4:30pm; and Cyclovia will be held on January 9, 2022. Manager Stayton shared that City
