The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Annual Pavement Rehabilitation, Overlay and Slurry Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on various streets in the City of
Encinitas.
On March 23, 2021, a contract for the pavement rehabilitation, overlay and slurry was awarded
to Eagle Paving Company, 13915 Danielson Street, Ste. 201, Poway CA 92064.
Work under said contract was completed on or about October 31, 2021, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
