NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Olivenhain Trunk Sewer Improvements Phase 1 Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on Manchester Avenue, El Camino
Del Norte and Lone Jack Road in the City of Encinitas.
On October 28, 2020, a contract for construction of Olivenhain Trunk Sewer Improvements Phase
1 was awarded to CCL Contracting Inc, 1938 Don Lee Place, Escondido, CA 92029.
Work under said contract was completed on or about October 12, 2021, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
