NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Fiscal Year 2019/20 Citywide Sewer Rehabilitation Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on various sewer mains and
manholes in the City of Encinitas.
On August 12, 2020, a contract for the rehabilitating of sewer lines and sewer manholes was
awarded to Nu-Line Technologies, LLC, 102 Second Street, Ste. B,Encinitas, CA 92024.
Work under said contract was completed on or about August 30, 2021, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
