NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the North Vulcan Avenue Temporary Parking and Drainage Improvements Project from
E. Jason Street to La Costa Ave
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located-�n N. Vulcan Ave. from E. Jason
Street to La Costa Avenue in the City of Encinitas.
On September 23, 2020, a contract for the installation of temporary parking and drainage
improvements.was awarded to Sierra Pacific West, 2125 La Mirada Drive, Vista CA 92081.
Work under said contract was completed on or about August 31, 2021, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
