NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Five Concrete Sculpture Pedestals Construction Improvement Project (CP20A).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located at 1) Oakcrest Park, 1219 Encinitas
Blvd.; 2) 2121 Newcastle Drive; 3) Sun Vista Park, 2011 Avenida la Posta; 4) Little Oaks
Equestrian Park, 2879 Lone Jack Road; 5) Leucadia Oaks Park, 1511 N. Vulcan Avenue in the
City of Encinitas.
On O c t o b e r 2 9, 2 0 2 0, a contract for the construction of the pedestals was awarded to Tri-
Group Construction and Development, Inc., 9580 Black Mountain Road, Suite L, San Diego, CA
92126.
Work under said contract was completed on or about March 8, 2021, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
