HALL IMPROVEMENTS — PHASE ONE (CF20C) and described as "Interior Renovation of City Hall."
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The public improvements described above are located at 505 South Vulcan Avenue in the City of
Encinitas.
On June 24,2020, a contract for the interior renovation of City Hall was awarded to Firestone
Builders, Inc., 330 Rancheros Dr., Ste 226, San Marcos, California 92069.
Work under said contract was completed on or about January 13, 2021, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
