NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Olympus Park Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024,
The general locations of said public improvements are located on the comer of Olympus Street
and Piraeus Street in the City of Encinitas.
On April 22, 2020, a contract for construction of Olympus Park was awarded to CS Legacy
Construction Inc, Unit B, S.Grove Avenue,Ontario, CA 91761.
Work under said contract was completed on or about July 30, 2021, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
