NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Gardena Road Sidewalk, Via Molena Curb Ramps, and Vulcan Avenue Sidewalk
Project (CS18E, CS16C and CS01 E).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements'are located on Gardena Road, Via Molena,
and Vulcan Avenue in the City of Encinitas.
On December 16, 2020, a contract for the installation of sidewalks and curb ramps was awarded
to HSCC, Inc., P.O. Box 1168, Lakeside, CA 92040.
Work under said contract was completed on or about April 2, 2021, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
