NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Coast Highway 101 Traffic Signal Painting Project.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located on Coast Highway 101, Vulcan
Avenue and San Elijo Avenue in the City of Encinitas.
On October 28, 2020, a contract for the repainting of decorative traffic signals was awarded to
Streetlight Restoration Specialists, Inc., 2828 Cochran Street#360, Simi Valley, CA 93065.
Work under said contract was completed on or about March 25, 2021, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
