NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Morning Sun Drive & Woodside Lane ADA Improvements Project (CS19B).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located at Morning Sun Drive and
Woodside Lane in the City of Encinitas.
On December 18, 2019, a contract for the installation of sidewalk was awarded to Tri-Group
Construction & Development, Inc., 9580 Black Mountain Road, Suite L, San Diego, California
92126.
Work under said contract was completed on or about February 26, 2021, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
