HE SHALL CONTROL SURFACE WATER AND AVOID DAMAGE TO ADJOINING PROPERTIES OR FINISHED WORK ON THE SITE AND SHALL TAKE REMEDIAL MEASURE TO PREVENT EROSION OF FRESHLY GRADED AREAS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS PERMANENT DRAINAGE AND EROSION CONTROL MEASURES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. 14.
