NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Assessor's Parcel No: 258-242-06
1. Scripps Health, as DEVELOPER, was required to construct and install public water mains
and appurtenances at a property located at 326 Santa Fe Drive in Encinitas, CA.
2. Scripps Health is located at 10140 Campus Point Road, Suite 210, CPA255, San Diego,
CA 221.
3. Scripps Health contracted with Straightline Engineering, Inc., located at P.O. Box 1184,
Lakeside, CA 92040, as CONTRACTOR, to construct and install the required public water
mains and appurtenances.
4. Scripps Health contracted with the San Dieguito Water District to operate and maintain the
required public water mains and appurtenances, as OWNER in fee of the facilities, upon satisfactory
completion and pursuant to an easement granted by Scripps Health.
5. San Dieguito Water District is headquartered at 160 Calle Magdalena, Encinitas, CA 92024.
6. Said improvements were completed by the DEVELOPER and CONTRACTOR and were
accepted byte San Dieguito Water District Board of Directors on the 28h day of October 2020.
7. The San Dieguito Water District Board of Directors, on the 28'h day of October 2020,
authorized the General Manager to record the "Notice of Completion."
S. Scripps Health posted security in the amount of $45,000. The security, in the amount of
$35,000, has been released. The District will retain security in the amount of $tO,000. This
security will remain in full force at this time and shall be released at the end of the end of the one-
year warranty period,
9. All requirements of said improvements have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
10. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice
constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements,

1, the undersigned, say:
I am the Board Secretary of the San Dieguito Water District; the Board of
Directors of said District on October 28, 2020, accepted the above described
work as completed and ordered that a Notice of Completion be filed.
