NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Assessor's Parcel NO: 256-122-45, -46, -48, -49 & -53
1. Shea Homes limited partnership, a California limited partnership, as DEVELOPER, was
required to construct and install public water mains and appurtenances per City of Encinitas
Tentative Map No. 15-064 at a property located at 710 Clark Avenue in Encinitas, CA.
2. Shea Homes limited partnership, a California limited partnership is located at 9990 Mesa
Rim Road #200, San Diego, CA 11.
3. Shea Homes limited partnership, a California limited partnership contracted with
Southland Paving, Inc. located at 361 North Hale Avenue, Escondido, CA 92029, as
CONTRACTOR, to construct and install the required public water mains and appurtenances,
4 Shea Homes limited partnership, a California limited partnership contracted with the San
Dieguito Water District to operate and maintain the required public water mains and appurtenances,
as OWNER in fee of the facilities, upon satisfactory completion and pursuant to an easement
granted by Shea Homes limited partnership, a California limited partnership.
5. San Dieguito Water District is headquartered at 160 Calle Magdalena, Encinitas, CA 92024.
6. Said improvements were completed by the DEVELOPER and CONTRACTOR and were
accepted by the San Dieguito Water District Board of Directors on the 28 h day of October 2020.
7. The San Dieguito Water District Board of Directors, ante 28"' day of October 2020,
authorized the General Manager to record the "Notice of Completion,"
8. Shea Homes limited partnership, a California limited partnership posted security in the
amount of$83,000. The security, in the amount of $63,000, has been released. The District will
retain security in the amount of$20,000. This security will remain in full force at this time and shall
be released at the end of the one-year warranty period.
9. All requirements of said improvements have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
10. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice
constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements,
