10. PRIOR TO HAULING DIRT OR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TO ANY PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION SITE WITHIN THIS
PROJECT THE DEVELOPER SHALL SUBMIT TO AND RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM THE CITY ENGINEER FOR THE
PROPOSED HAUL ROUTE THE DEVELOPER SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS THE CITY
ENGINEER MAY IMPOSE NTH REGARDS TO THE HAULING OPERATION.
11. UPON FINAL COMPLETION OF THE WORK UNDER THE GRADING PERMIT, BUT PRIOR TO FINAL GRADING
APPROVAL AND/OR FINAL RELEASE OF SECURITY, AN "AS GRADED CERTIFICATION" SHALL BE PROVIDED
STATING: "THE GRADING UNDER PERMIT N6 LDEV-014176-2021-G HAS BEEN PERFORMED IN SUBSTANTIAL
CONFORMANCE WITH THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN OR AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED AS -GRADED PLAN".
