NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the B Street Sidewalk Improvements Project (CS18G).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located at B Street between 4th Street and
Highway 101 in the City of Encinitas.
On December 11, 2019, a contract for the installation of sidewalk was awarded to Portillo
Concrete, Inc., 3527 Citrus Street, Lemon Grove, California 91945.
Work under said contract was completed on or about October 16, 2020, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
