1. Requeza 13, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, as DEVELOPER, was required to
construct and install public water mains and appurtenances per City of Encinitas Tentative Map
No. 16-211 at a property located at 710 and 714 Requeza Street in Encinitas, CA.
2. Requeza 13, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership is located at 5927 Preistly Drive #110,
Carlsbad, CA 92008.
3. Requeza 13, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership contracted with the San Dieguito Water
District, as OWNER in fee of the facilities.
4. San Dieguito Water District is headquartered at 160 Calle Magdalena, Encinitas, CA 92024.
5. Said improvements were completed by the DEVELOPER and accepted by the San Dieguito
Water District Board of Directors on the 26'h day of August 2020.
6. The San Dieguito Water District Board of Directors, on the 26'h day of August 2020,
authorized the General Manager to record the "Notice of Completion."
7, Requeza 139 L.P., a Delaware limited partnership posted security in the amount of$100,000,
The security, in the amount of$75,000, has been released. The District will retain security in the
amount of$25,000. This Security will be released at the end of the one-year warranty period,
