NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Pavement Rehabilitation and Overlay FY 2018-2019 project(CS 19A).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are the following streets: Coast Highway
101 (Encinitas Boulevard to D Street), Rancho Santa Fe Road (400' north of Encinitas
Boulevard to 7th Street), Wotan Drive (Santa Fe Drive to Melba Road), Village Park Way
(Encinitas Boulevard to Parkdale Lane) and Bumann Road (Fortuna Ranch Road to
Wildflower Drive) locations in Encinitas, CA 92024.
On January 22, 2020, a contract to construct said public improvements was awarded to PAL
General Engineering, Inc., located at 10675 Treena Street, Suite 103, San Diego, CA 92131.
Work under said contract was completed on or about June 8, 2020, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
