THE SLOPES OR EXCAVATION AND EMBANKMENTS SHALL BE SHAPED, PLANTED, AND TRIMMED AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER OF WORK AND LEFT IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY CONDITION. ALL STONES, ROOTS AND OTHER WASTE MATTER EXPOSED OR EXCAVATION OR EMBANKMENT SLOPES WHICH ARE LIABLE TO BECOME LOOSENED SHALL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF. THE TOE AND TOP OF ALL SLOPES SHALL BE ROUNDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GRADING ORDINANCE. 16. APPROVAL OF LOCATION OF DEBRIS FILL SHALL BE SECURED FROM THE SOILS ENGINEER AND CITY ENGINEER PRIOR TO THE DISPOSAL OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. 17. THE REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL CITY TREES SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S URBAN FOREST MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. TREES LOCATED WITHIN CITY STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY, ON CITY PROPERTY, OR WITHIN CITY EASEMENTS ARE REFERRED TO AS CITY TREES AND SHALL BE PROTECTED IN PLACE DURING CONSTRUCTION UNLESS SPECIFICALLY APPROVED OTHERWISE. NO FURTHER EXCAVATION OR DISTRUBANCE OF THE DISCOVERY OR ANY NEARBY AREA REASONABLY SUSPECTED TO OVERLIE ADJACENT REMAINS, AS DETERMINED BY A QUALIFIED ARCHAEOLOGIST AND /OR A TRADITIONALLY AND CULTURALLY AFFILIATED (TCA) NATIVE AMERICAN MONITOR, SHALL OCCUR UNTIL THECORONER HAS MADE THE NECESSARY FINDINGS AS TO ORIGIN AND DISPOSITION PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE 5097.98.
