NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner in fee of that certain public
improvement known as the Leucadta Sumps Phase III Project (CD17A & CD05E).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are located at various locations throughout the
City of Encinitas.
On January 22, 2020, a contract for the installation of sump catch basins and a drainage inlet
was awarded to Blue Pacific Engineering & Construction, Inc., 7330 Opportunity Road, Suite J,
San Diego, California 92111.
Work under said contract was completed on or about May 8, 2020, to the satisfaction of the City
of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
