1788 CONTAINED EXCESS ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF
SAID LOT 3 OF 1.45 FEET AS DEPICTED HEREON. THE
SENIOR DEEDS FOR THE AREA DESCRIBED AS DEED TO
BACHMANN RECORDED ON MAY 1, 1933 IN BOOK 207,
PAGE 322, ALONG WITH DEEDS TO GOODNOUGH RECORDED
ON NOV. 26, 1946 IN BOOK 2305, PAGE 85 AND
RECORDED ON JULY 20, 1948 IN BOOK 2878, PAGE 331,
ALL OF OFFICIAL RECORDS HAVE CLEARLY ESTABLISHED
THE INTENT OF THE ORIGINAL DEEDED PARCELS WITHIN
SAID LOT 3 AND ARE IN HARMONY WITH EACH OTHER.

A CALL FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 3 OF
406.83 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BACHMANN
PER DEED RECORDED ON MAY 1, 1933 IN BOOK 207,
PAGE 322. THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BACHMANN
CONTROLS OVER THE DISTANCE CALL OF 436.83 FEET.
AFTER RETRACING THE BACHMANN DEED AS DEPICTED
HEREON THE ACTUAL DISTANCE FROM THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF LOT 3 IS ACTUALLY 438.28 FEET. THESE
SENIOR DEEDS WERE HELD ON THIS SURVEY TO ESTABLISH
THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE SUBJECT PARCEL ALONG
WITH MONUMENT "J" AS DEPICTED HEREON.
4. THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION PER A DEED TO SHULTZ
RECORDED ON SEPT. 26, 1968 AS FILE NO. 166977 OF
OFFICIAL RECORDS IS WRITTEN POORLY AND DOES NOT
CONTAIN QUALIFYING CALLS TO THE SENIOR DEEDS ABOVE,
BUT CLEARLY MATCHES THE BEARINGS AND DISTANCES OF
THE ABOVE MENTIONED DEEDS PER NOTES 2 AND 3
ABOVE. THEREFORE, A GAP MAY EXIST BETWEEN THE
NORTHERLY LINE OF THE SUBJECT PARCEL AND SAID
SHULTZ DEED AS DEPICTED HEREON. THE MANNER IN
WHICH THE SHULTZ DEED ABOVE WAS WRITTEN DOES NOT
ACCOUNT FOR THE APPARENT EXCESS IN LOT 3 AS
NOTED ABOVE AND HAD THERE BEEN QUALIFYING CALLS IN
SAID SHULTZ DEED THEN A POTENTIAL GAP WOULD NOT
EXIST.
5. THE DEED TO LATTIN RECORDED ON APRIL 28, 1995 AS
FILE NO. 1995 - 0180474 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS QUALIFIES
TO SAID SHULTZ DEED LISTED WITHIN ITEM 4 ABOVE.
6. RANCHO SANTA FE ENGINEERING'S SURVEY RECORDS WERE
THROUGHLY REVIEWED FOR ANY EVIDENCE REGARDING THE
INTENT OF THE SHULTZ DEED AS SAID FIRM HAD
PERFORMED QUITE A BIT OF SURVEY WORK WITHIN MAP
NO. 1788 FROM 1957 THROUGH THE 1970'S. THE REASON
FOR THE RESEARCH WAS TO TRY TO IDENTIFY IF ANY
RECORDS EXISTED FOR THE 1 /2" SQUARE IRON PINS THAT
WERE RECOVERED ON R.O.S. NO. 9072, 12648, P.M. NO.
13497, AND MAP NO. 13325. UNFORTUNATLEY, NO
RECORDS WERE RECOVERED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A
RECORD BOUNDARY PLAT THAT DEPICTED THE RECORD
BEARINGS. AND DISTANCES OF THE SENIOR DEEDS LISTED
ABOVE INCLUDING THE SUBJECT PARCEL. SAID PLAT DID
NOT CONTAIN ANY FILE NUMBER OR CLIENT NAME FROM
WHICH TO REFERENCE. HOWEVER, SAID PLAT IS ON FILE
AT THE OFFICE OF COASTAL LAND SOLUTIONS, INC. AS OF
THE DATE OF THIS SURVEY. THIS PLAT IN ADDITION TO
THE SENIOR DEEDS AS NOTED IN ITEM '2 ABOVE WERE THE
BASIS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SUBJECT PARCEL
AS DEPICTED HEREON.
7. R.O.S. NO. 9072 IS REJECTED HEREON AS THAT SURVEY
DID NOT APPEAR TO ANALYZE ANY OF THE SENIOR DEEDS
IDENTIFIED ABOVE IN NOTES 2, 3 AND 4.
