CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Encinitas Housing Authority members receive an independent stipend of $50 for
convening the Housing Authority meetings pursuant to Housing Authority Resolution No.
94 -04.

H1. Approval of the Minutes of the October 30, 2019 Special Meeting. Contact

Recommended Action: Approve the Minutes.
H2. Public Hearing for consideration and approval of the draft FY 2020 -25 Public
Housing Agency Plan for the City of Encinitas Housing Authority. Contact
Person: Program Coordinator Photinos
Recommended Action: Approve the draft FY 2020 -25 Public Housing Agency
(PHA) Plan and authorize the Encinitas Housing Authority Executive Director
(City Manager) to submit the FY 2020 -25 PHA Plan with any required
certifications to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
