NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Senior Center ADA Improvements Project (CF18A).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at 1140 Oak Crest Park Drive,
Encinitas, CA 92024.
On September 11, 2019 a contract for asphalt grinding, pavement installation, and replacement
of concrete sidewalks and walkways was awarded to L.C. Paving & Sealing Inc., 620 Alpine
Way, Escondido, California.
Work under said contract was completed on or about December 12, 2019 to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
