NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner in fee of that certain public
improvement known as the Cardiff Beach Living Shoreline Project (CP16A).
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are the shoreline between Restaurant Row
and South Cardiff State Beach, west of South Coast Highway 101.
On September 26, 2018, a contract for the excavation and replacement of rock, sand, and cobble
and the reconstruction of dunes and a pedestrian pathway was awarded to.West-Tech, Inc., 568
N. Tulip Street, Escondido, California 92025.
.Work under said contract was completed on or about November 19, 2019, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
