NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner in fee of that certain public
improvement known as the San Elijo Bridge Emergency Repairs (CX20A), which was a project to
repair delaminated concrete on an existing roadway bridge.
The City's address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general location of said public improvements is at the South Coast Highway 101 bridge over
the mouth of the San Elijo Lagoon in Encinitas, CA 92024.
On July 19, 2019 a contract to repair said public improvement was awarded to Charles Doherty
Concrete Inc. of 2850 Industry Street, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Work under said contract was completed on or about November 21, 2019 to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
