known as the Park Shade Structure Design and Installation BID-PR-18-04.

The general locations.-of said publicimprovements are at Encinitas Community Park, 425
Santa Fe Dr.; Leo Mullen Sports Park, 951 Via Cantebria; and Sun Vista Park, 2011 Avenida
La Posta in Encinitas, CA,92024.
On June 20, 2018, aJ contract to constrifct' said public improvement Was awarded` to So Cal
Shade Sails.
Work under said contract was completed on or about August 23, 2019, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
