NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Chesterfield Drive Supplemental Safety Measures (CS17F).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at the rail crossing of Chesterfield
Drive at San Elijo Avenue in Encinitas, CA 92024.
On May 24, 2017, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to Flatiron-
Skanska-Stacey &Whitbeck, A Joint Venture.
Work under said contract was completed on or about April 28th, 2019, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
