Staff liaison Gilliam reported that Caltrans has provided March 2020 for completion of
construction at Encinitas Boulevard and Santa Fe. He also indicated that ad-hoc
subcommittee will need to review guidelines and update for the E

Staff liaison Gilliam reported that Cheryl Ehlers is retiring and her last visual art project
before retirement is due Sept 26 th, 2019. Arts Program Administrator Gilliam reported on
the Wednesdays@Noon concerts, and the Music By The Sea concerts.
