NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Citywide Storm Drain Repair FY17-18 Project (CD05E).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are at various locations in Encinitas, CA'
92024.
On November 14, 2018, a contract to construct said public improvements was awa-rded to
Downstream Services Inc.
Work under said contract was completed on or about May 28, 2019, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
