NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of certain public improvements
known as the Santa Fe Drive North Sidewalk, a HSIP project (CS07B and HSIP 5446-01.8).
The full address of the owner is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The work done was the construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, street lighting,
crosswalks, street striping, storm drain work, and landscaping and irrigation.
The general location of said public improvements is in the public right-of-way of Santa Fe
Drive, between Gardena Road and 200 feet east of Nardo Road, in Encinitas,-CA 92024,
County of San Diego, State of California.
The name of the contractor for such work of improvement was Blue Pacific Engineering and
Construction.
Said improvement work was completed on or about September 15, 2018, to the satisfaction of
the City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
