WHEREAS, Rebecca Glenn Descendants Exempt Trust dated January 4, 1991
Amended June 8, 1999, who entered into a covenant for the benefit of the City of
Encinitas ("City" hereinafter) regarding maintenance of public improvements which was
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County as Document No.
2017-0508373 on October 31, 2017, and City have been deemed unnecessary due to--
change in project scope and elimination of conditions of approval under approved
TPMMOD 18-116.
NOW THEREFORE, CITY hereby releases said covenant.
