THE SLOPES OR EXCAVATION AND EMBANKMENTS SHALL BE SHAPED, PLANTED, AND TRIMMED AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER OF WORK AND LEFT IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY CONDITION.
