.The City of Encinitas, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain public improvement
known as the Lone Jack Storm Drain Replacement Project (CD17C).
The City of Encinitas is the owner.
The address is 505 South Vulcan Avenue, Encinitas, California 92024.
The general locations of said public improvements are on Lone Jack Road from Rancho
Santa Fe Road to Stratford Knoll.
On May 31, 2017, a contract to construct said public improvement was awarded to PAL
General Engineering.
Work under said contract was completed on or about May 18, 2018, to the satisfaction of the
City of Encinitas and was accepted by the City.
